How It Works

1. Get In Touch
Request your quote by filling out the form… it only takes a moment.
We’ll call you back as soon as possible with your quote and answer any questions you might have.

Wednesday – 8am – 5pm
Thursday- 8am – 5pm
Friday – 8am – 5pm
Saturday – Closed
Sunday – Closed

2. Schedule Your Clean
- Once you’ve received your quote and are happy to go ahead, the next step is to get your clean scheduled.
- We’ll set a date that works for you – remembering that you don’t need to be home for us to complete your clean.

3. Cleaning Day
- You don’t need to be home on the day of the service.
- You’ll receive text message reminders on the day before and the day of your clean.

4. Afterwork Inspection
- If you’re home, we’ll perform a follow-up inspection together – making sure you’re happy with the service.
- If you’re not home, we’ll call to let you know the clean has been completed and to talk about the results with you.

5. Rating Your Clean
- You’ll be sent a text, email or WhatsApp asking for an honest review of our service.
- Included are before and after photos for you to use in your review.
- Simply click the link in the message which will take you through to a review site and rate your clean.
