Access to your property
The Client is responsible for providing safe access to the property, ensuring scheduled work can begin on time.
Failure to provide access to the property at the scheduled time may incur a £50 fee (at the discretion of Kentish Cleans and dependent upon circumstances).
The Client is responsible for providing running water and electricity at the premises where cleaning is to be undertaken.
Failure to provide running water and an electrical source is subject to a £50 fee, and work will be rescheduled at a time when both are available.
If entering a neighbouring property/premise is required to complete your clean, please confirm in writing that you have permission before work starts.
Health and Safety
Kentish Cleans reserves the right to refuse to carry out work if conditions are deemed too hazardous and detrimental to the safety and wellbeing of our staff.
In extreme cases of bad weather where the quality of your clean will suffer as a result, we’ll reschedule our visit to the another available slot.
You’ll be kept informed of any changes made to your cleaning schedule.
We’re insured for Public Liability up to the value of …
Kentish Cleans will not accept liability for any damage done to your property prior to your clean. We’ll inform you where possible of such damage before work commences. We will not be held responsible for any damage caused by underlying defects of the property.
All customer information is kept on a confidential database and is not discussed or shared with any individual or company.
Billing / Payment
Kentish Cleans accepts payment by Cash or BACS Transfer.
Payment in full is required as soon as the work is complete.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a clean, please provide a minimum of 48 hours notice.
Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a £50 cancellation fee.
We’ve allocated time in our schedule for your clean and it would be too late for us to replace your clean with another.
Kentish Cleans reserves the right to cancel or reschedule work in the rare event of unexpected circumstances.
Following the receipt of a fixed price, should the scope of the original clean change, Kentish Cleans reserves the right to amend the initial quotation.
All our work is 100% satisfaction guaranteed and we aim to provide our customers with the best possible service on every clean.
If you aren’t satisfied with the quality of your clean, please contact us within 24 hours and we’ll return to re-clean the affected area without further charge.
Please note that any complaints received after 24 hours may not be re-cleaned.
